Yes. If you refuse, you could lose your license for a year. Try to watch the police officer and remember everything he does in the fifteen minutes before your test. The officer has to watch you for at least fifteen minutes, and police often fail to do this. Also, make sure to demand your own blood or urine test after you submit to the breath test.
