For an OWI, a license will be suspended for one month followed by a five month period of a restricted license that allows a person to go back and forth to work and counseling. For an Operating While Visibly Impaired, a license is restricted for up to four months. For a second offense within a seven year time period, a license is revoked for one year and a person must apply to have their driving rights reinstated.
